With this calculator, you can estimate the fee for long-term institutional care. In addition to the services covered by 24-hour care, long-term institutional care also includes medical care, medicines and care supplies. When determining the client fee, it is always ensured that the client retains the statutory minimum disposable amount to cover expenses that are not included in the service. A separate service decision is always issued when long-term institutional care is granted.
