We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Mieppi Haaga is a low-threshold mental health service unit.

We offer discussion support for promoting the mental well-being of people over the age of 13. Mieppi employs mental health professionals whom you can talk to either in person or remotely.

You can also contact us if you are worried about someone you care about.

Our services are free of charge.
