We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Nutritional therapy

Our nutritional therapists will help you when you need special expertise in dietary matters. Nutritional therapy for the elderly prevents malnutrition and supports the preservation of functional ability.

Nutritional therapists work, for example, at health stations. You need a referral to access the service.

You may need the help of a nutritional therapist if, for example, you have lost weight, are suffering from severe abdominal symptoms, are overweight or your diet is insufficient.
