Answer a survey on violence in close relationships

We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Student health care

As an upper secondary student, you have access to student welfare services at your school provided by your school's welfare team. This multidisciplinary team includes professionals such as special education teachers, psychologists, school social workers, nurses, and doctors.

During school holidays, we offer specialised support in mental health and sexual health matters. Additionally, we conduct conscription health examinations at our Centralised Unit of Student Health Care.

Student welfare services support your learning and wellbeing in various ways. Our welfare staff cooperates with school staff and other professional networks to ensure comprehensive support.

With the help of the student welfare staff, you can receive support for a wide range of health, social, and mental issues.
Centralised Unit of Student Health Care
At the Centralised Unit, we offer services addressing sexual and mental health issues during school holidays. We also support students from private institutions that lack their own student health services on-site.
