We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Digital support at service centres

The digital support service at the service centres will help you in using a computer, smart devices and e-services.

Digital guidance is provided by volunteers of Enter-association and the service centre staff. You can receive personal guidance on how to use a smartphone or tablet, for example.

We offer digital support at almost all our service centres. You can make an appointment for digital support by calling our customer service phone number.

The service is free of charge. You need a service centre card to access the service. You can get a card free of charge from the service centres' information desk.

Some of the service centres also have computers for clients to use independently. Some computers are connected to a printer, but printing is subject to a fee.

Do you already have a service centre card?

You can get a free service centre card from the service centres' information desk if you are retired or unemployed living in Helsinki.

When applying for the service centre card, you can prove your retirement with an earnings-related pension card or a pension or benefit decision. If you are currently not working and you are registered as an unemployed job seeker, you can apply for a service centre card on the basis of unemployment. You can print a certificate of the validity of your job search by logging into Job Market and taking a screenshot of the front page. Log into Job Market(Link leads to external service).
