We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Emergency accommodation for undocumented individuals

Emergency accommodation services for undocumented individuals are located on Kornetintie. You will be directed to emergency accommodation through the Special Services for Immigrants.

Accessing emergency accommodation

During office hours

To access emergency accommodation during office hours, visit the Special Services for Immigrants on weekdays between 9.00-16.00. The service is located at the Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre, Työpajankatu 14 A. The reception desk on the first floor will guide you further.

In the evening and on weekends

In the evening or on weekends, you can directly inquire about available accommodation at the Kornetintie emergency accommodation.

In urgent cases after 20.00 or on weekends, contact Kornetintie directly to ask about available beds. The accommodation address is Kornetintie 10.

The emergency accommodation is open from 17.00–9.00. Overnight stay is free of charge and includes breakfast.

Accommodation is intended only for adults.
