We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Driving license certificate

As a rule, you can obtain a medical certificate for your driving licence from a private service provider.

From 1 April 2025, medical certificates for driving licences will primarily be issued by private service providers.

If your secondary education requires you to obtain a driving licence and you need a medical certificate or statement, please contact the student health care nurse.
