As part of substance abuse post-rehabilitation, we provide professional substance abuse support and social rehabilitation. We assist and support adult Helsinki residents recovering from substance abuse in making the lifestyle and identity changes needed for recovery.
We help you build an independent life with practical and, if necessary, long-term support. Together, we can address matters related to recovery, education, employment, health, housing, and finances. Our post-rehabilitation team includes social counsellors, nurses, a social worker, a psychologist, and an occupational therapist. The service is free of charge and voluntary.
We operate at Partnership House Harjula in collaboration with the peer support association Suojatie ry, which runs a substance-free meeting place.
You can be referred to substance abuse post-rehabilitation through other health and social services. Alternatively, you can contact the post-rehabilitation staff by phone or visit Partnership House Harjula directly.
