We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.

Enhanced family work, Itäkatu

Enhanced family work services are available in the Itäkatu service point in Itäkeskus, among others.

You apply for enhanced family work at our service point on Itäkatu through a child welfare social worker.

The purpose of enhanced family work is to support the growth and development of the child, strengthen the child-parent interaction and support the parents in acting as parents.

The goal is to explore your family's situation together and find ways to make a difference. By working together, we can discover your family's strengths and capabilities to make your everyday life easier.
